JCR GT2 RS SUPERLIGHT RACE PIPE (CAT DELETE)

We're very excited to launch our new JCR GT2 RS SUPERLIGHT RACE PIPE (CAT DELETE) - The most extreme of our exhaust offerings for the GT2 RS platform.

Since the JCR GT2 RS came along it's enabled us to think outside of the box a little more and to focus on development of a new range of high performance products.

After intense testing on road and track with our very own GT2 RS we knew we had developed a fantastic product which future proofs the platform for big power builds.

The approach for the GT2 RS exhaust required a slightly different approach due to much higher EGT's however through use of high quality motorsport materials we have developed a range of direct replacement exhaust components which not only accentuate the factory exhaust sound but reduce weight and importantly add power, torque and engine response.

Light Weight

The factory GT2RS system weights 13.34kg (29.41lbs) and through the use of light weight materials and clever design we have managed to reduce the overall weight of the factory GT2 RS exhaust components by a significant 9.30kg (20.50lbs).

Removing weight full stop carries great benefits in any performance vehicle however the gains are exaggerated on this platform, reducing the rear biased weight distribution helps to improve overall balance and handling.

Direct Replacement / OEM Tips

All of the JCR 991 GT2 RS exhaust components are direct replacement for their OEM equivalents with guaranteed fit every time. No requirement for any further work during install beyond removing the OEM part and replacing with its JCR equivalent and any supplied hardware.

Our Superlight Race Pipes maximise the performance benefit whilst retaining the factory exhaust tips for a factory like appearance. Win win.

Catalyst Delete

With the JCR Inconel Valved Cat Delete all catalysts are removed for maximum performance and sound. Although we do run an integral mechanical trick with the secondary lambda boss there is a chance that this product can cause a check engine light due to removal of the catalysts.

Due to no cats and a direct path to the turbo exhaust wheel we have also included Inconel 'Gravel Catchers' to protect the turbo from any foreign objects entering.

Heat Management

Each of the JCR GT2 RS Superlight Race Pipe options feature the highest quality thermal protection as standard. The heat shielding we have selected is used in the very highest levels of Motorsport to control temperatures whilst protecting and dramatically reducing the effects of radiant heat into the surrounding areas.

Power Increase

We have maximised performance benefit of this exhaust whilst respecting the factory ECU limitations. This means that power and torque is gained without any tune being required.

Every component of the JCR Titanium Exhaust line is guaranteed to improve HP & TQ with varying results dependant on the combination of parts. Our most extreme free flowing system will see peak gains in the mid 30HP range on this platform along with great improvements in engine response and mid range torque.
